We are happy to announce we will begin to see patients in-office beginning June 2nd, 2020.
-
All patients have the option to be seen in-office or via video during this transitional phase.
-
We MUST receive your response declaring your preference for VIDEO or IN-PERSON at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time so that arrangements are in place. If you prefer a video appointment, please respond to your texted appointment reminder with ‘VIDEO’ as a response. Otherwise we plan to see you in the office.
-
SUBOXONE PATIENTS: All Suboxone patients will need to be seen in-office unless they are sick.
Protocols for in-office behavior will keep everyone safe and healthy. We ask that everyone adheres to the following:
-
Stay in your car until requested to come inside.
-
Once we text you to come in, please wear your mask and wash your hands once inside. (gloves not required)
-
We will be asking everyone a standard set of questions prior to being seen by Dr. Hategan that are designed to safeguard the health and safety of everyone involved in an in-office visit.
-
If you encounter someone coming or going, we ask that you respect the 6’ separation that is recommended to keep everyone safe.
ANYONE EXPERIENCING ANY FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF VISITING OUR OFFICE MUST REPORT THE SYMPTOMS TO US AND ALSO CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR FOR ADVICE.
Our goal is everyone’s safety and we thank each of you for helping us maintain that goal! We look forward to seeing you!
If you have questions we are happy to answer what we can for you. Call or text 971-228-8672 or email to info@lianahateganmd.com.
Thank you all for your support and understanding.
